    Your phone rings the way it always does and you answer it the way you always do. She tells you what day it is and what the weather is doing, asks how you slept, and wants to hear about your day. There is nothing to learn.

  • Your Life Story

    Sarah is writing it with you — one gentle question a visit, chapter by chapter. Where you met your spouse, what your mother's kitchen smelled like. It all goes into your Story Vault, and one day it becomes a book your family keeps. If you turn recording on, they keep your voice too. It is yours: skip any question, delete any entry, and write to support@guardiansarah.com if you want all of it gone at once.

    Short, calm reminders for the things you want to remember. Tell her about Thursday's appointment or your grandson's birthday and she will bring it up. You choose what she reminds you about, and so can the family you invited.

A quiet way to stay close, without intruding.

A second app, for you. Your parent sets up their own account and invites you into it — and they can have your access ended at any time by asking us. You never see a live call and you are never sent an alert.

    A short summary after each of Sarah's visits: what they talked about, how they seemed, how long they spoke. A few warm sentences about the neighbor's dog or the story they told — not a health report, and nothing in it to score or track.

  • What They Asked For

    If your parent mentions they are out of something — toothpaste, stamps, a birthday cake for Sunday — it lands on a little list in your app, waiting for whoever visits next. No alert, no urgency. You see it when you open the app, tap "I can bring this", and it is handled. The same goes for a message they give Sarah for you: she notes it, and it is waiting the next time you open the app.

  • Notes

    Leave simple notes for Sarah to read aloud — appointments, reminders, encouragement. She opens with "A message from your family…" No app for them to open, no button for them to find.

  • Their Life Story

    Sarah is writing it with them — one question a visit, chapter by chapter. Childhood, work, faith, the first job, the bad winter. You watch it grow in the Story Vault, in their words and, if they turned recording on, in their voice — and one day it becomes a book. Your parent decides what is kept and can delete any of it.

  • What You Will Never Get

    No live listening. No "she sounded off today". Sarah is company, not a safety service — if a visit is missed, the app simply shows it the next time you look, and nobody is paged. No alerts of any kind — nothing routine, and nothing urgent either. If something is wrong, call 911 — Sarah cannot.

What we promise

No Cameras

Sarah never sees you. She is voice only, her microphone is open during your call and never between calls, and recording is off unless you turn it on yourself.

You Decide

You choose what she can do, who joins your family circle, and what they see. Delete a recording at any time; to delete everything at once, ask us and we do it. To remove someone, ask us and we cut their access. Cancel any time.

Not Medical

No live listening. No "she sounded off today". Sarah is not a medical device and not a safety device — she cannot detect a fall and cannot call anyone for you. In an emergency, call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.

She's An AI

Sarah is a computer voice, not a real person. She says so on your first call, and again any time you ask. She will never claim to be human.

What is Guardian Sarah?
An app for the phone you already own. Sarah is an AI voice who visits up to three times a day — morning, afternoon and evening — and talks with you, and remembers it next time. She gives you the reminders you asked for and writes a short recap for the family members you invite. The app has big buttons for music, radio, audiobooks and scripture, plus solitaire and a daily word game.
Is Sarah a real person?
No. Sarah is an artificial-intelligence voice — a computer, not a human being. She says so out loud on your first call, and she will say it again any time you ask her. She will never claim to be a person. Nobody at Guardian Sarah listens to your calls while they are happening.
Does she sound robotic?
Not the flat, automated voice you get from a phone tree. Sarah uses modern AI text-to-speech that pauses, breathes and shifts tone the way a person talking does, and most people find her easy and pleasant to listen to. But she is still a computer voice, not a human being — a careful listener can usually tell within the first minute or two, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. She says as much herself, out loud, before anything else.
Is this a medical or safety device?
No. Guardian Sarah is a companionship and entertainment app. It gives no medical advice, cannot detect a fall, cannot summon help, and cannot hear you between calls. In an emergency, hang up and call 911. If you are in emotional distress, Sarah will stop what she is doing and give you 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — she cannot call them for you, so she will ask you to.
Are my calls recorded?
Only if you turn recording on yourself — it is off to begin with. If you turn it on, Sarah announces at the start of every call that it is being recorded, and that announcement cannot be switched off. She cannot stop a recording once a call has begun — but you can end the call at any time, and write to support@guardiansarah.com to have recording turned off so nothing further is saved. Everyday call recordings delete themselves after 30 days, Story Vault keepsakes can be deleted one at a time in the app, and all saved audio for a person can be deleted at once by asking us. Deleted means gone. There are no cameras.
What does my family see?
Only the people you invite, and only a short written recap of what you talked about — plus recordings, if you turned recording on. They cannot listen to a live call. You can have anyone removed from your family circle at any time — removing someone is not yet a button in the app, so email support@guardiansarah.com and we cut their access. We do not sell your information and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.
What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
The first 14 days are free — they begin when the account is created rather than when you pay, and they need no card. After that it is $39 a month, or $390 a year (two months free). One price, one product — there will be no special-offer pressure and no deadline. You will be able to cancel by emailing us or by calling, and we will never require you to talk to anyone to cancel. If it is not for you, tell us in the first 30 days and we refund all of it.
My parent isn't good with technology. Can I set it up for them?
You pay for it here on this website, and the person who is going to use it sets up their own account on their own phone. We will not start it for someone who has not agreed to it — if they are not sure, the whole thing waits. After that there is nothing to operate: the phone rings and they answer it. If a family member ever tells us the person who signed up did not understand what it was, we cancel and refund in full, no questions and no proof required.
