Guardian Sarah is an AI voice that calls your loved one on their own phone. She is not a real person, and she is not a medical or safety service — for an emergency, call 911, and for a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
What you are agreeing to
The first 14 days are free. They begin when you subscribe in the app through Apple or Google, not before — nothing is charged until day 15. If Guardian Sarah is not right for the person you are setting it up for, you can simply never come back to this page.
$39.99 a month, or $399.99 a year — the yearly price works out to about two months free. One price, one product; there is nothing else to add on later.
You see the amount again in the app, before anything is charged, along with how often it renews. You can back out without paying.
Cancel any time. If you cancel, Sarah keeps working through the period you have already paid for — cancelling never cuts service off on the day you press the button.
You subscribe in the app, through Apple or Google. We never see or store a card number. Nothing on this website asks for one, and nothing ever will.
If it is not right, ask Apple or Google for a refund. They decide, and we won't object.
