Delete your account

The fastest way is on the phone itself. If you no longer have it, we can do it for you by email.

What deletion removes

Closing the account stops Sarah from calling, and permanently deletes your messages, your reminders, and any recordings of your voice. This cannot be undone.

From the phone

On the senior's phone, open the gear icon on the home screen, then choose Close my account. To confirm, you'll be asked to type the first name Sarah calls you by — that typed confirmation is required before anything is deleted.

No longer have the phone?

If you're a family member and the phone is gone, lost, or no longer available, write to us and we'll close the account for you.

We read every message. We typically reply within one business day.
